Key responsibilities include: Conducting high-volume open homes across key local markets Managing and converting large volumes of buyer enquiries Proactively building and nurturing your database through warm and cold prospecting Assisting with property research, pricing strategies, and market insights Supporting and participating in buyer negotiations Coordinating marketing campaigns from launch through to sale Assisting with auctions, building & pest inspections, and campaign execution You will be working within a defined core area, allowing you to build strong local market knowledge and presence.
